Scope, IP and lawful use

The service concerns short online courses, AI instruction and course completion assessment. The purchased course identifies content, access term, support, assessment and issuer. Completion is not an accredited qualification unless that exact recognition is evidenced. Digital content, live instruction and tutoring are distinct for withdrawal and delivery.

Browsing does not buy a service, create a professional engagement or confer administrator authority. You may read, link to and use public information lawfully. Do not infringe rights, impersonate another person, obtain unauthorised access or redistribute private content. Customer materials remain the customer's; third-party licences and mandatory legal exceptions remain effective. No SET Core source licence or transfer is granted.

Responsibility and disputes

We are responsible for our own contractual performance, representations and legal duties. A provider boundary is not a blanket exclusion for our own acts. Complaints may be sent to the legal/support channel or postal address; consumer and regulator routes remain open. Spanish law governs subject to mandatory law. Barcelona courts are chosen for a business dispute only where that choice is legally valid. Consumers keep mandatory protections and courts, including those of habitual residence where applicable.
