Scope and statutory rights

This policy covers a direct purchase from SMARTEDTECH SL on nexiercourse.com. It does not replace stronger mandatory rights in the consumer's country or the remedies for defective or non-conforming supply. A purchase made by a business or for business purposes is not a consumer purchase, and the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to it.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

A consumer who buys at a distance from us has the ordinary EU and Spanish right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded, which is the day the payment is confirmed.

No waiver of the withdrawal right is collected at checkout, and access that starts straight after payment does not by itself end the right. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you are refunded the price you paid.

How to withdraw

Tell us of your decision before the 14 days end. You can use the model withdrawal form, write to support@nexiercourse.com, or send a clear statement to SMARTEDTECH SL, Carrer Agricultura, 16, 1º, 9ª, 08320 El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain. The form is optional. Include the email address you paid with so that we can find the order; do not send full card details.

Refund handling

For a valid withdrawal we refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the original payment method and without a fee for the refund. Stripe processes the payment and the refund, and the time your bank takes to show it is outside our control. Chargeback, complaint and court rights remain.

After the 14 days

Refunds for defective or non-conforming supply, duplicate charges and other mandatory rights remain available after the 14 days. Write to support@nexiercourse.com with the order details; a person reviews the request. See also the Complaints and Redress Policy.
