Verkaufs-, Abonnement- und Zahlungsbedingungen

1. Supplier and offer

For direct purchases on nexiercourse.com, the supplier is SMARTEDTECH SL, tax ID B66970831, Carrer Agricultura, 16, 1º, 9ª, 08320 El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain. Nexier Course is a brand, not a separate company. An individual may be a consumer, sole trader or representative; choosing a business-looking account does not remove statutory consumer status.
These terms apply to the purchase of a short online course taught with an AI instructor. The course page states what the course covers, its hours and its price. Completion is not an accredited qualification unless that exact recognition is evidenced.

2. Before you pay

You choose what to buy on the Nexier Course pages and continue to a payment page hosted by Stripe. That page shows the amount you will be charged and the currency before you confirm. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and are not stored by Nexier Course.
Course prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT. A course has one price; the optional accelerated pace is a separately priced add-on shown before payment.
A payment return page does not by itself confirm settlement: the purchase is recorded when Stripe confirms the payment to us. If you were charged twice for the same order, write to support@nexiercourse.com and we will investigate and correct it.

3. Contract and payment

You buy by choosing the product, continuing to payment and paying. By continuing to payment you accept the Terms and confirm that you have read the Privacy notice, as stated beside the payment button. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.
You must be signed in to buy, because the purchase is recorded against your Nexier Course account. After payment the purchase appears under your account.

4. Provision and conformity

We provide the agreed service with the care and conformity required by law. Access starts when the payment is confirmed. Delays, defects and service changes are communicated with the statutory and contractual remedies that apply. AI error risk does not exclude our own obligations. We do not guarantee an outcome that is not part of the order, such as a job, a grade or recognition by a third party.

5. Renewal and cancellation

A purchase on nexiercourse.com is a single payment. It does not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel after payment other than exercising your right of withdrawal under section 6.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

The Withdrawal and Refund Policy explains the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers and how to use it, and offers an optional model withdrawal form. No general "all payments non-refundable" term applies. Refunds for defective or non-conforming supply, duplicate charges and other mandatory rights are preserved. Refunds go back through the original payment method without a deduction for the refund itself.

7. Complaints, liability and law

Send the order details and the issue to support@nexiercourse.com; do not send full card details. A person reviews consequential disputes. See also the Complaints and Redress Policy. No consumer indemnity or cap excludes mandatory liabilities, fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, injury or statutory data rights. Spanish law governs subject to mandatory law. Barcelona courts are chosen for a business dispute only where that choice is legally valid. Consumers keep mandatory protections and courts, including those of habitual residence where applicable. No mandatory remedy or access to a regulator is waived.
