AI disclosure
Nexier Course may use AI in short online courses, AI instruction and course completion assessment. A screen that offers interaction with an AI system identifies it before the interaction. Generated people, illustration and simulated outcomes are labelled. An AI role is not a human employee, licensed adviser or a separate contracting party.
Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Verify material outputs against the underlying sources and applicable task before relying on them. The purchased course identifies content, access term, support, assessment and issuer. Completion is not an accredited qualification unless that exact recognition is evidenced. Digital content, live instruction and tutoring are distinct for withdrawal and delivery.

Customer content is processed for the agreed service, not licensed for independent model training. The model providers and processing locations used are described in the Privacy Notice. Do not use the system for unlawful discrimination, covert monitoring or prohibited manipulation. High-impact clinical, legal, employment, admission or public-authority decisions require the responsible professional and applicable safeguards; our general service is not authority to automate them.
Oversight and reporting
External publishing, purchases, code changes and consequential actions require the applicable human authorisation. Report an incorrect or harmful result to support@nexiercourse.com and security incidents to legal@nexiercourse.com. We preserve proportionate evidence, review material decisions and correct errors under the applicable agreement. This notice does not reduce our promised service quality or statutory liability.
